Baby Cradle
Sit in easy pose with the legs crossed in front of you. Keeping the left leg crossed, grab the right foot with both hands. Draw the right shin into the chest and, with fingers clasped, cradle the knee in the elbow of the right arm and the foot in the elbow of the left arm. Gently rock back and forth as if cradling a baby. Then repeat with the right leg.
