How to do it
Sit in a comfortable sitting position (such as sitting on the heels). Start exhaling forcefully and push the air out while simultaneously pulling the abdomen in. Next quickly inhale through the nose and force the air out by pushing the abdomen out. This type of breath is done in a fast pace.
