Begin on your hands and knees with the wrists beneath the shoulders and the knees beneath the hips. While inhaling, curl the toes under, drop the belly and direct the gaze toward the ceiling. While exhaling, uncurl the toes, round the spine, drop the head, and direct the gaze toward the navel.
