Single – Leg Head – to – Knee Forward Bend- Janu Sirsasana
Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you. While inhaling, bend the right knee and bring the heel of the foot in toward the pelvis, resting the sole of the right foot lightly against the inside of the left thigh. While exhaling, bring the left arm over the head and grab the left feet. Take the left shoulder inside of the left thigh and place the left hand on the right knee. Hold and repeat in the other side.
