Looking – Within
This position is done in full lotus pose, although it also can be done in easy pose.
Placing the index fingers in between the eyebrow and the top of the eyelid, and middle fingers over the eyelids GENTLY closing the eye does it. The third fingers press gently the nostrils. The pinkies are on top of the lid. This help to concentrate more on the breathing. The thumbs are pressing gently the ears to cut off the external sound.

Do not practice it if you have glaucoma. Don not press the ears if you use hearing aids. If you have corneal disease be extra gentle when placing the fingers on the eyelids.
