Open-Angle – Upavistha Konasana
Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you. Open the legs to an angle of about 90 degrees. Press the hands against the floor and point the toes upward, reaching out through the heels. Walk the hands forward between the legs, continuing the forward bend until you feel the stretch in the backs of the legs. Hold the position and then release.
