I’m curious about the number of people practicing the various style of yoga today. Which styles are more popular? Does anyone have or know where I might find this kind of information?
Bikram or hot Yoga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga, kundalini, Hatha are very popular, but it all depends. Some styles are more popular than others in different parts of the world..
AnonymousPerhaps if you look at the styles offered in your area you can get a good idea. Where I live, power and vinyasa styles tend to be more popular. But I imagine in the country or in more slow paced areas that slower styles of yoga would be popular.
