And even if you don’t get to go anywhere this summer, there are many local award winning yoga studios, as well as divine teachers providing an excellent service.

This summer:
In the last couple months we have received so many emails asking for yoga tips on body tissues and mind issues.
So we have decided to share them with all of you. This big project will be called- Yoga for the Mind & Body, and it will be released in every newsletter starting with the most requested ones.
Now you, too, will be able to participate by sharing other asanas or yoga tips in the new discussion forum.
