The most powerful Antidepressant Meditation – “Sodarshan Chakra Kriya”

Medical studies have shown that this meditation is more powerful than antidepressant medication. It cuts the negativity of old past traumas stored in the first chakra and purifies the karma. It also brings healing, inner power, happiness, and ecstasy in life. It may be a little advanced but is worth trying. It’s said to be the most powerful kriya in the history of Yoga.

How to do it:
Sit in a cross-legged position with the spine straight. The eyes can be closed or looking at the
tip of the nose. The left hand is resting on the left knee in Gyan mudra. Close the right nostril with the right thumb. Breathe through the left nostril and hold. While holding, mentally vibrate the mantra WHA HE GURU 16 times. Pull the navel in every time you repeat each word. One time for WHA, another time for HE, and another time for GURU. A total of 48 times (16 X 3). Then close the left nostril with the index finger and exhale slowly through the right nostril. Continue.
Time: 31-62 minutes. If you are a beginning, start with 3 minutes, 7 minutes, 11 minutes, 22 minutes, and build up from there.
11 minutes a day can build confidence and the capacity to understand who you are.
31 minutes a day will give you great strength and discipline.
1 year will make you feel fantastic.
