BREATHING
MEDITATION ON THE BREATH
This is a wonderful meditation when stress, upset, or fearful.
Just by closing the eyes meditate on the breath. Feel the flow coming in and out. Receive every breath as a gift of life.
Use the mantra “Sat Nam”, “Sat” means truth, beyond time and space, and “Nam” means identity.
Be in an aptitude of gratitude. And slow down you breathe by breathing fully using the full capacity of your lungs.
Breathing less than 8 times per minute will make the pituitary gland secrete, stimulates intuition, and gives you more awareness. The pituitary gland it’s also known as the master gland because regulates nine different glands.
Breathing less than four will put you in a meditative state.
