- Sit in easy pose and raise your arms straight up with the palms facing each other. The fingers are together but the thumb is separated.
- Close your eyes and roll them upward. Begin to move the arms nine inches apart and then back in, moving powerfully for at least three minutes and then working up to seven minutes.
