FOOD TIPS FOR MEMORY
EAT LESS
Scientific studies in rats have demonstrated that eating less amounts of food not only increases the life span among humans, but also improves memory and vitality.
FOLIC ACID (B9) & VITAMIN B6, B12
These nutrients control the levels of homocystein in the body. Levels that are too high have been associated with early memory loss and heart conditions. It is recommended that you take between 100-150 mcg of Vitamin B12 and between 400-800 mcg of Folic Acid daily.
LECITHIN
Taken daily, Lecithin improves memory and overall mental function . This is due to the face that this substance helps the conductivity of the nerve impulses.
It is also good for:
- High blood pressure
- Poor circulation
- Semen production
- Cleansing of the skin
- Stimulation of hair growth
The liquid form is best the best method of taking Lecithin and the recommended dosage is 2-3 tablespoons each day. Do not take more because it can cause an excess of phosphorus.
YOGI TEA
Yogi tea is very good for strengthening the nervous system. It is also good for:
