HOW TO DO IT: Lie down on the back, and raise the left hand. Slowly and consciously kiss the center of the palm, then bring it back down, and continue doing the same with the other hand. Do it for 11 minutes. This exercise should be done very slowly and consciously in order to open the heart chakra , if it hasn’t been opened by any other kriya. Kiss each hand as a blessing.
After 11 minutes bring both knees to your chest, and place the hands behind of the knees. Then, bring your legs up over your head lifting the body up. The hands must remain behind the knees. Then, bring the knees to the chest. Do it for 5 to 15 min. When you are finish relax completely.
