Lower the legs, arch the back, so the top of the head is touching the floor, and grab the feet with the hands, as in A, or release the legs, and with the top of the head still touching the floor place the arms by the side palms facing down, as in B1, if too intense remaining in the same posture place the top of the head as close to the floor as possible, as B2. STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
