- EXHALE. Bring the chin towards the chest. Arms by the side. Palms on the floor. Chest open. Legs straight. Feet flex. STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
- INHALE. Bring arms up to pass to Paschimottanasana.
COMMENTS
This is an active position. All the different pulling forces are happening at the same time, as lengthen the spine, elongating the legs, flexing the feet.
The chin lock is also engaged, with the other Bhandas.
If the Asana becomes very intense modify bending the knees, as in B and C.
